微创血肿清除术与去骨瓣血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:探析微创血肿清除术与去骨瓣血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血的临床效果。方法:将我院2012年2月-2013年7月期间收治的100例高血压性脑出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中给予对照组去骨瓣血肿清除术治疗,而观察组则给予微创血肿清除术治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组45例显效,4例有效,1例无效,治疗总有效率为98%,而对照组20例显效,20例有效,10例无效,治疗总有效率为80%,并且相比较对照组而言,观察组患者的术后再出血率低,两组临床治疗效果差异明显,具有统计学意义。结论:临床上运用微创血肿清除术治疗高血压性脑出血,不仅术后再出血率低、安全性高,在一定程度上还能有效提高治疗效果,改善患者预后生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to analyze the micro invasive evacuation of hematoma and craniotomy hematoma removal clinical effect in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:in our hospital in 2012 February-2013 year in July 100 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients as the research object,randomly divided into two groups,which were given to the control group of craniotomy evacuation of hematoma in treatment,while the observation group were treated with minimally invasive surgery treatment,compared two groups of treatment effect.Results:in the observation group,45 cases were cured,4 cases effective,1 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 98%,while the control group,20 cases were cured,20 cases effective,10 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 80%,and compared with the control group,the observation group patients postoperative rebleeding rate is low,the difference clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were obviously,with statistical significance.Conclusion:the clinical use of minimally invasive evacuation of hematoma in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,not only the postoperative rebleeding rate low,high security,but also improve the effective therapeutic effect in a certain extent,improve the prognosis of the patients quality of life.更多还原
