【摘要】 目的:探究全面护理干预在胆结石患者护理中的实施及临床效果。方法:随机选取2013年10月~2014年10月我院收治的胆结石患者60例,分为对照组与观察组,每组30例,给予对照组患者常规护理干预,观察组患者实施全面护理干预,对比两组的手术时间、术中出血量及护理满意度等指标。结果:经护理,观察组手术时间(33.4±1.3)min,术中出血量(29.4±3.3)ml,护理满意度为91.4%;对照组手术用时(52.9±1.2)min,术中出血量(62.9±5.2)ml,护理满意度78.9%,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:在胆结石患者的临床护理中,给予患者全面护理干预,可减少手术用时,减少术后出血量,提高患者的满意度,值得在临床护理中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the full implementation of nursing interventions on patient care and clinical effects of gallstones.Methods:Randomly selected in October 2013-October 2014 60 patients in our hospital gallstones,divided into a control group and the observation group,30 patients received routine care of patients in the control group intervention group was observed for patients with comprehensive care intervention compared two groups of operative time,blood loss and nursing satisfaction indicators.Results:After treatment,the observation group operative time( 33.4 ± 1.3) min,blood loss( 29.4 ± 3.3)ml,nursing satisfaction,91.4%;control group during surgery( 52.9 ± 1.2) min,blood loss( 62.9 ± 5.2) ml,nursing satisfaction( 78.9 ± 1.3),significant differences between groups comparison( P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusions:In clinical care of patients with gallstones,giving patients comprehensive care interventions can reduce surgical time and reduce postoperative bleeding and improve patient satisfaction,worthy application in clinical care.更多还原
