【摘要】 目的:研究对危重患儿使用自制约束衣的临床效果。方法:选取我院近年PICU收治的患儿共74例,随机分为对照组及实验组。对照组采用约束带常规治疗及护理模式,实验组穿戴自制约束衣。对比研究过程中约束安全性及不良反应。结果:安全性方面,引流管脱出(χ2=5.2323P=0.0221),吸氧管脱出(χ2=4.097P=0.043),输液针移位(χ2=4.6984P=0.0305),滴注回血(χ2=5.045P=0.025)这几项发生率上实验组均明显少于对照组,不良反应方面,皮肤发红(χ2=5.1099P=0.024),皮肤肿胀(χ2=9.2432P=0.0023),坠床情况(χ2=3.1267P=0.077),对比研究发现自制约束衣可有效避免皮肤发红、皮肤肿胀、坠床情况。结论婴幼儿约束衣能够有效降低各种管线脱出率,同时可通过对患儿肢体、躯干的束缚降低坠床发生率,从而降低住院期间护理不良事件发生率,具有临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical effect of self-made restraint use in critically ill children.Methods:in our hospital in recent years treated PICU patients 74 cases,were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The Control group adopts the model of constraints with regular therapy and nursing,The experimental group wears homemade restraint.Comparing the adverse reaction and safety in the process of study.Results in safety,drainage tube dislocation(χ2=5.2323P=0.0221),oxygen tube prolapse(χ2=4.097P=0.043),Shift of the infusion needle(χ2=4.6984P=0.0305),infusion of blood return(χ2=5.045P=0.025)on which The experimental group is significantly lower than control group.Adverse reactions,skin redness(χ2=5.1099P=0.024),swelling of the skin(χ2=9.2432P=0.0023),falling out of bed(χ2=3.1267P=0.077),by comparing and studing,found that self-made restraint can effectively avoid the skin redness,swelling,and out of the bed.Conclusion self-made restraint can effectively reduce the probability of various pipelines prolapse,,at the same time,can effectively avoid falling out of bed by constraints with limbs and trunk.Therefor can reduce the incidence of in-hospital nursing adverse events,has a wide range of clinical value.更多还原
