伐地那非治疗高血压患者勃起功能障碍有效性及安全性分析

【摘要】 目的:研究观察伐地那非治疗高血压患者勃起功能障碍有效性及安全性的临床疗效。方法:以入院在男科接受治疗确诊为高血压患者勃起功能障碍患者48例,随机把这些患者分为二组,二组采用不同剂量的伐地那非进行治疗,治疗前后使用IIEF-5和硬度等级综合评定患者的临床疗效。结果:入院患者均进行16天不同剂量的伐地那非进行治疗,患者服药后勃起功能具有较大的改善,但无统计学差异。结论:I组长时间服用不同剂量伐地那非高血压患者具有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the observation of vardenafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in patients with hypertension clinical efficacy and safety.Method:to admission in andrology treated hypertensive patients with erectile dysfunction was diagnosed in 48 patients,randomly put these patients were divided into two groups,two groups with different doses of atorvastatin that non treatment,before and after treatment using IIEF-5and hardness level comprehensive evaluation of clinical therapeutic effect.Results:the patients were hospitalized 16 days cutting to different doses of the non treatment,improved erectile function in patients with medication,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:I long time taking different dose vardenafil has good clinical efficacy in patients with hypertension.更多还原
