【Abstract】 Brown is the former industrial or commercial legacy of land, it is often hidden pollution risks enormous. With China’s land reserve system, it is feasible of ecological restoration to Brownfield in the land reserve part. This is helpful to timely repair the pollution of land, and it is also in line with the public welfare goal of the land reserve. To achieve this goal, we must solve the following problems: to clarify distribution of Brownfield remediation responsibility in the polluter, local government and land reserve center;funding sources and repair way; repair standard.更多还原
