基于冷喷涂技术的AZ91镁合金表面超厚涂层制备技术的研究

【摘要】 如何增加涂层的厚度,一直是喷涂领域面临的亟待解决的问题。本文利用高速高压冷喷涂技术,通过优化气体种类及流量、送粉速度、喷涂距离、层间温度以及喷枪移动速度等冷喷涂技术工艺参数,在AZ91镁合金表面制备出超厚度涂层。同时提高了涂层的耐磨损性能、结合性能以及表面硬度,并降低了涂层内部缺陷和残余应力,提高了涂层内部质量。结果表明,通过优化以上各工艺参数,制备的涂层厚度达到5mm,结合强度达到70MPa。所制备的涂层在干摩擦条件下,磨损失重较固态挤压的AZ91镁合金降低60%,润滑条件下的磨损失重降低90%。

【Abstract】 How to increase the thickness of the coating is always the problem that must be solved immediately in the field of spray. With the application of the technique of high speed and high pressure cold gas dynamical spray, the extra-thick coating on the surface of AZ91 magnesium alloy was achieved by optimizing the technological parameters such as the species and flow of the gas, feeding speed, the distance of spray, temperature among layers and moving speed of the gun. The wear-resistance properties as well as bonding properties and hardness of the surface were improved. Meanwhile, the interior defects and residual stress of the coating were reduced and the interior qualities of the coating were improved correspondingly. The results showed that the coating thickness exceeded 5mm and the adhesion between coating and substrate reached 70 MPa through optimization of each parameter. The weightlessness of wear of the coatings prepared had a 20 percent drop under dry sliding condition and a 90 percent drop under lubrication condition compared with AZ91 magnesium alloy manufactured by the method of solid extrusion, respectively.
