西菲律宾海盆表层沉积硅藻分布特征

【摘要】 本文通过西菲律宾海盆两个区域采集的表层沉积硅藻进行分析,其中,F01区59个表层沉积物样中,共鉴定出硅藻47种和变种,隶属于24属;F04区129个表层沉积物样中,共鉴定出硅藻39种和变种,隶属于17属。西菲律宾海盆硅藻总平均丰度为1111.5粒/g,其中F01区平均丰度为1848粒/g,F04区平均丰度为375粒/g。硅藻属种主要以外洋暖水种和广温种为主,其中Azpeitia nodulifer的百分含量最高,其次是Hemidiscus cuneiformis、Coscinodiscus africanus、Thalasiosira excentrica和Nitzschia marina,这5种硅藻含量占所有硅藻百分含量的88%以上。对西菲律宾海盆6种热带远洋种的统计,其含量均高于20%,这与现今黑潮暖流流经该区相吻合。此外,通过巨型Ethmodiscus分布特征的研究,得出整个菲律宾海盆大部分海域都含有Ethmodiscus,但西菲律宾海盆的分布范围较广。

【Abstract】 Diatoms were analyzed from two surface sediment areas in WesternPhilippine Basin. Among them 47 species(including variation) belonging to 24 genera collected in 59 samples from F01 and 39 species belonging to 17 genera collected in 129 samples from F04. The total average abundance are 1111.5 cells/g, The average abundance are 1848 cells/g and 375 cells/g from F01 and F04,respectively. The dominant groups are oceanic warm-water species and eurythermic species. It was found that the relative percentage of Azpeitia nodulifer is the highest, and that of Hemidiscus cuneiformis、Coscinodiscus africanus、Thalasiosira excentrica and Nitzschia marina takes the second place. The five species take about 88% of all diatom species’ relative percentage. On the Western Philippine Basin six tropical pelagic species statistics, its content were higher than 20%, which the Kuroshio Current flows through the area with consistent now. Besides, By studying the distribution of Ethmodiscus,the distribution range were larger in Western Philippine Basin.
