基于数据挖掘分析的水泥与聚羧酸减水剂相容性研究

【摘要】 采用近200组水泥样本,分别与聚羧酸减水剂进行相容性试验,以水泥净浆初始流动度及60min后流动度损失率为考察指标,通过统计分析确定了水泥与减水剂相容性优劣的划分标准。在此基础上,对比分析与减水剂相容性好和差的两类水泥的特性,如水泥比表面积、含炭量和可溶性SO3含量等,并进一步采用线性拟合方法考察它们与相容性的相关性。结果表明,水泥比表面积与相容性略呈反向对应关系。水泥中残余炭含量对水泥与减水剂相容性影响较大,其与相容性呈反向对应关系;水泥残余炭含量大于1.5%时,水泥与聚羧酸系减水剂相容性差的水泥样本其比例为50%,而相容性较好的水泥样本的比例为35%:可溶性SO3含量低的水泥样本与减水剂相容性较差,水泥可溶性SO3含量小于1.2%时,水泥与聚羧酸系减水剂相容性差的水泥样本其比例为80%。

【Abstract】 Compatibility tests were done between nearly 200 sets diiferent cements and xy late superplasticizer.To reflect the compatibility of cement and superplasticizer,the fluidity of cement pastes in 5min and 60 min were measured.Evaluation criteria were set up by statistically analyzing the test results.On the basis of the compatibility test results and combining the property of each sets of cement,main factors that influencing the compatibility were determined,which is fitness,sulfur content and carbon content of cement.Correlation analysis between influencing factors and compatibility showed that the sulfur content and carbon content has a more close relationship with the compatibility than the fitness.The results shows that the residual carbon content in cement has a greater reverse influence on the compatibility of cement and water reducer;When residual carbon content is more than 1.5%,the proportion of cement samples which are in poor compatibility with polycarboxy late superplasticizers is about 50%,while the proportion of cement samples which are in good compatibility withpolycarboxylate superplasticizers is only 35%.Cement with low soluble SO3 content is in poor compatibility with water reducers,and the polycarboxy late superplasticizer is sensitive with the soluble SO3 content.The soluble SO3 content in cement has a great influence on the compatibility of cement and water reducer.When the soluble SO3 content is less than 1.2%,the proportion of cement samples which are in poor compatibility with polycarboxy late superplasticizers is nearly 80%.
