【摘要】 本文针对施工过程中的废弃混凝土、砂浆和砖,分析了他们的来源和处置现状。在此基础上,本文建立了现场临时集中处置和长期外围集中处置两种模式,认为建筑垃圾处置应当遵循源头减量控制,施工现场分类和外围集中处置为主导的技术路线,并提出了与此相对应的管理措施。文章建议通过对建筑垃圾处置的全过程管理,完善现行的技术标准,规范资源化利用企业的管理,实施经济激励措施,分阶段实现建筑垃圾的减量化和资源化的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Targeting at wastes of concrete,mortar and bricks generated in the process of construction,this paper analyses their sources and current situation,based on which two disposal models have been built,namely local temporary concentrated disposal and outskirt long term concentrated disposal.And it is considered that construction waste management should follow the strategy of source reduction,local classification and waste treatment dominated by outskirt concentrated disposal.Meanwhile,the article suggests the corresponding management measure,that is,by implementing the whole process management for the five key links within waste treatment,perfecting current technical standards,normalizing the administration of recycling companies and putting economic incentive measures into practice,the reduction and reclamation of construction waste will be accomplished step by step.更多还原
