采用废水晶玻璃作为原料制备微晶玻璃
Preparation of Glass-ceramics from Waste Crystal Glass

【摘要】 采用废水晶玻璃为主要原料,添加碳酸钙,氧化铝和氧化锌等,经过熔融晶化制备了微晶玻璃,研究了晶化温度、废水晶玻璃含量以及氧化钙和氧化铝含量对微晶玻璃结构和性能影响。结果显示该组成微晶玻璃最佳晶化温度为905℃左右,主要晶相有Ca2Al2SiO7和CaSiO3及少量Ca2ZnSi2O7相;废水晶玻璃最佳加入量为60%,此时微晶玻璃抗弯强度为60MPa,密度在2.82g/cm3;微晶玻璃体积密度和抗弯强度随着CaO含量的增大而增大,随Al2O3含量增大而降低,相同含量CaO或Al2O3情况下晶化前体积密度和抗弯强度值远远低于晶化后微晶玻璃。
【Abstract】 In this paper,glass-ceramics were prepared from waste glass as main starting materials,and CaCO3,Al2O3 and ZnO as additives by body crystallization method.The crystallization temperature,waste crystal glass content,CaO and Al2O3 content on the properties were studied.The results revealed that the appropriate crystallization temperature range was about 905 ℃,and the main phases of glass-ceramics were Ca2Al2SiO7,CaSiO3 and Ca2ZnSi2O7.When the content of waste crystal glass was 60%,the maximum value of flexural strength and bulk density were 60 MPa and 2.82g/cm3,respectively.The flexural strength and bulk density increased with the increase of CaO content,while decreased with the increase of Al2O3 content.The value of flexural strength and bulk density increased obviously after crystallization method.
