【摘要】 以多晶硅废渣、生石灰、砂子、水为原料,经过搅拌、压制、蒸压等工艺制备了多晶硅废渣蒸压砖,研究了各组份的掺量以及蒸压恒温时间对制品性能的影响。结果表明,原料配比为m(废渣):m(生石灰):m(河砂)=30:10:50,水料比为13%,成型压力20MPa,蒸压制度:最高温度190℃,升温2h,恒温6小时,降温3小时,可制得平均抗压强度为12MPa的制品。更多还原

【Abstract】 The autoclaved brick was prepared with polysilicon residues,lime,sand and water,by the technology of mixing materials,pressing,autoclaved and so on.The influence of component content and thermostatic time of autoclaved process was studied.The results show that autoclaved brick average compressive strength is 12 MPa in the condition of the materials proportioning of m(polysilicon residues):m(lime):m(sand)=30:10:50,the ratio of water to materials is 0.13,autoclave system:temperature rise 2h,constant temperature 6h,natural cooling down 3h,forming temperature 190℃.更多还原
