钠钙铝硅玻璃的粘度及力学性能研究
The study on the viscosity and mechanical properties of soda-lime-aluminumsilicate glass

【摘要】 钠钙铝硅玻璃(Na2O-CaO-AlO3SiO2)是基于钠钙硅玻璃组分而调整的一种新型玻璃。与钠钙硅玻璃相比,钠钙铝硅玻璃由于Al2O3含量的增加,玻璃组分更适合化学表面增强。与铝硅酸盐玻璃相比,钠钙铝硅玻璃具有较低的熔融温度及成型温度,易采用浮法工艺进行生产。本文制备了钠钙铝硅玻璃、钠钙硅玻璃和铝硅酸盐玻璃样品,研究了其粘度-温度特性,测试了相应玻璃样品经表面化学增强后的抗折强度与表面应力,评价其力学性能,运用EPMA测定了三种玻璃表面的Na+和K+的浓度分布,得到K+的交换深度。实验结果表明,钠钙铝硅玻璃的熔融温度和成型温度远低于铝硅酸盐玻璃,但钠钙铝硅玻璃适合表面增强,处理后其抗折强度、表面压应力都比钠钙硅玻璃有极大的提高。
【Abstract】 Soda-lime-aluminum-silicate glass based on adjusting soda-lime-silicate glass composition is a kind of new glasses.Owing to high content of A12O3,soda-lime-aluminum-silicate glass is better for ion exchange than soda-limesilicate glass.Besides,compared with aluminosilicate glass,soda-lime-aluminum-silicate glass with lower melting and forming temperature is fit for using float technology to produce.In this paper,the samples of soda-lime-aluminumsilicate glass,soda-lime-silicate glass and aluminosilicate glass were prepared and their viscosity-temperature curves were studied;Then the mechanical properties of these three kinds of glasses after surface enhancing were evaluated by using bending strength and compressive stress test;At last,the depths of ion exchange were obtained by EPMA,which tested the concentration of Na+ and K+ on the glass surface.The results showed that the melting and forming temperature of sodalime-aluminum-silicate glass was far lower than aluminosilicate glass,but the bending strength and compressive stress of soda-lime-aluminum-silicate glass which had been enhanced on surface were greatly higher man soda-lime-silicate glass.
