氮、磷、钾配比施肥对圆齿野鸦椿土壤酶活性的影响

【摘要】 采用正交试验设计,研究了氮、磷、钾配比施肥对盆栽二年生圆齿野鸦椿土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,土壤中的过氧化氢酶与磷酸酶、蔗糖酶及脲酶活性呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.91,0.96和0.94。N、P、K对土壤酶活性影响的主次顺序为N>K>P,不同N水平下的土壤酶活性差异极显著,适量施氮(每盆每次施纯氮量0.922.76g)有利于提高土壤酶活性,施氮量过高(每盆每次施纯氮达4.60g)会抑制土壤酶活性。而不同P水平以及不同K水平对土壤酶活性的影响不显著。从平衡施肥的角度考虑,土壤酶活性的最优施肥组合为N2P2K2,即每盆每次施N 0.92g+P2O5 0.12g+K2O 0.60g为提高土壤酶活性的最佳施肥配方。

【Abstract】 In order to study the fertiliation effect and the best ratio of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium of potted biennial Euscaphis konishii so that provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable fertilization of Euscaphis konishil Analysis of variance,Orthogonal test design and Multiple comparison and regression analysis were used in this paper.Systematically analyzed the effect of ratio of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer on soil enzyme activity.The results show that there was very significant positive correlation between activity of catalase,and acid phosphatase,urease,sucrose,correlation coefficients were0.91,0.96 and 0.94.N,P,K of the soil enzyme activity influence order was N > K > P,the effects of different N levels on the soil enzyme activity reached extremely significant level,the amount of nitrogen(pot each applied urea 2 6g) can improve the soil enzyme activity,nitrogen content is too high(the pot each applied urea 10g) could inhibit the soil enzyme activity.While there was no significant difference in different levels of P and K on soil enzyme activity,the optimal combination of N2P2K2,that every pot NO.92 g + P2O5 1.20 g + K2O 0.60 g,most conducive to improving the activity of soil enzyme.
