草莓MicroRNA研究进展

【摘要】 miRNA是一类真核生物自身基因组的非编码小分子RNA,主要在转录后水平上负调控基因表达,在植物生长发育、胁迫应答等方面起着重要作用。本文综述了草莓miRNA的表达特性、检测技术等方面的进展,指出了草莓miRNA研究存在的问题。
【Abstract】 miRNAs are small,noncoding RNAs from eukaryotic genomes that act to negatively regulate the expression of their target genes at the post-transcriptional levels,and play important roles in the plant growing development and their response to environmental stresses.In this review,we are focused on the newly advances about expression character and detection technique in strawberry miRNAs,and some problems on strawberry miRNAs research.
