NAA浓度对草莓丛芽增殖的影响
Effects of NAA Concentration on the Multiple Shoots Multiplication of Different Strawberry Culitivars

【摘要】 以‘丰香’、‘甜查理’、‘佐贺清香’、‘卢比’4个草莓品种为试材,研究了NAA浓度对不同品种草莓丛芽增殖的影响。结果表明,当NAA浓度由0增加到0.2mg/L时,‘丰香’、‘甜查理’、‘卢比’3个品种的增殖系数分别从2.47、4.48、2.53下降到1.48、2.37、2.07,其愈伤组织直径的大小也均由0分别增加至0.5cm、1.5cm、0.2cm。‘佐贺清香’在不添加或NAA浓度低时丛芽出现了玻璃化现象,但NAA浓度较高时其植株却正常生长。随NAA浓度的增加增殖系数由2.28上升至2.73;NAA浓度为0.1mg/L时出现愈伤组织,直径大小为0.5cm,NAA浓度为0.2mg/L时愈伤组织直径大小为0.8cm。
【Abstract】 The effect of interaction between NAA concentrations and genotypes(’Toyonoka’,’Sweet Charlie’,’Lube’ and ’Sagakiyonoka’) was significant.For most cultivars,high concentrations could increas seriously the callus formation and decreas the multiple shoot propagation.When the concentration of NAA increased from 0 to 0.2 mg/L,the multiplication coefficient of ’Toyonoka’,’Sweet Charlie’ and ’Lube’ changed from2.47,4.48,2.53 down to 1.48,2.37,2.07,respectively.The callus diameter changed from 0 increased to 0.5cm,1.5cm,0.2cm,respectively.However,’Sagakiyonoka’ grew very well under high NAA concentrations and lead to clustering of plants under low concentrations.The multiplication coefficient increased(from 2.28 to 2.73) with NAA concentration increasing;NAA concentration for callus appeared is 0.1 mg/L,and diameter is 0.5cm.When the concentration of NAA is 0.2 mg/L diameter is 0.8 cm.
