不同植物生长延缓剂对切花百合花序轴及花梗的影响
Effect of Different Plant Growth Retardators on the Rachis and Anthocalus of Cut Lily

【摘要】 百合是世界著名的切花。百合花序轴和花柄的长短影响着花朵在空间上的分布。较短的花序轴和花柄能使花朵集中,提高观赏价值。以OT系切花百合品种‘Robina’为材料,在花芽分化时全株喷施不同浓度多效唑和矮壮素。试验发现,利用矮壮素虽然对缩短花序轴及花柄有一定效果,但其残留度高,对叶片产生伤害。3g·L-1的多效唑能显著缩短花序轴和花柄长度,效果较好。
【Abstract】 Lily is a world famous cut flower.The length of its rachis and anthocalus affect the space distribution of flowers.Short rachis and anthocalus can concentrate flowers and improve its ornamental value.With OT lily’ Robina’ as experimental material,different concentrations of chlormequat chloride and paclpbutrazol were used to spray on the whole plants during the flower bud differentiation time.Results showed that although chlormequat chloride had some effects on the length of rachis and anthocalus,the residual degree was high,and it could damage the leaves.3g·L-1 paclpbutrazol was more preferable for it could remarkably shorten the length of rachis and anthocalus.
