不同激素配比对春鹃‘紫蝴蝶’无菌播种的影响

【摘要】 以春鹃品种‘紫蝴蝶’自交结实的种子为材料,采用无菌播种技术,在1/4MS培养基中分别添加不同浓度、不同种类的植物生长调节剂,比较其对春鹃种子萌发时间、萌发率的影响。结果表明:0.05mg/L NAA能有效诱导无菌种子提早萌发,同时提高种子萌发率。当NAA与其他植物生长调节剂协同使用时,效果更佳。其中,最适宜的激素配比为2.0mg/L GA3+0.05mg NAA/L+1/4 MS。与对照相比,提早萌发5天;萌芽率为75%,较空白对照组提高27.2%。无菌播种的幼苗生长健壮,根系发达。不同激素配比处理,对无菌播种幼苗的生长有一定影响。无菌播种是春鹃优良品种或杂交种繁殖的有效方法。

【Abstract】 The seeds from the self-bred Spring Azalea cultivar ’ Zihudie’ were used as explants,by the way of aseptic seeding to compare the seed germination time and germination percentage of different concentration of different plant growth regulators(PGRs).The results revealed that 0.05mg/L NAA stimulated seed germination and germination percentage could be raised effectively.The coordinated use of NAA and PGRs produced better effects.The optimal ratio of hormones was 2.0mg/L GA3 + 0.05mg/L NAA + 1/4 MS.The sterile seeds in that cultural medium germinated 6 days earlier than the control group.The seeds germination percentage was 75%which was 27.2%higher than that of control group.Seedlings of aseptic seeding were with strong growth and more quantity roots.Different hormones had some influence on growth of seedlings.Aseptic seeding is an effective method of propagation to fine varieties or hybrids of Spring Azalea.
