【摘要】 济南微堆是一座采用高富集度(²³⁵U富集度为90%)铀235为燃料、金属铍作反射层、轻水为冷却剂和慢化剂、利用自然对流方式冷却的罐池结构的小型低功率反应堆,其额定热功率约30 kW。该堆于1989年5月建成并正式投入运行,至2008年3月停堆,共安全运行了1 9年,累计安全运行时间2 939 h,积分功率8.82×10⁴kWh。该堆主要用于中子活化分析研究。退役范围为反应堆厂房内所有的系统、设备和建筑物以及退役期间新建和改造的设施,主要包括堆本体及堆大厅、水池、辅助系统（包括堆气净化系统、堆水净化系统、池水净化系统、辐照系统、辐射监测系统、热工测量系统、控制系统、废液贮存罐等）、通风系统及废物坑、废水等。整个现场设备拆卸、废物清理、整备、运输以及设备和工艺间去污全部完成,废物已运到西北处置场。对厂房内外环境进行了终态放射性监测,结果表明,济南微堆厂址达到无限制开放使用的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jinan miniature neutron source reactor(MNSR) with thermal power 30 kW is an undermoderated reactor of pool-tank type,and UAL alloy with enrichment of 90%as fuel,light water as coolant and moderator,and metallic beryllium as reflector.The fission heat produced by the reactor is removed by the natural convection.JiNan MNSR was built in May 1989,and shutdown in March2008,the reactor operated 19 years safely with the accumulated operating time 2939 h.The main use is for Neutron Activation Analysis.The decommissioning scope of JiNan MNSR includes all related systems,equipments,building and establishment for the decommissioning.The main cleaning systems and equipments were the reactor complex,reactor pool,auxiliary systems,ventilation system,and the operating waste.All the waste was transported to West-north disposition plant.The final measuring results show that JiNan MNSR site can satisfy the object for the unrestricted use.更多还原
