核电站用凝汽器传热钛管壁厚异常减薄原因分析

【摘要】 我国沿海某核电站凝汽器用部分传热钛管发生了管壁异常减薄,综合运用多种表征分析方法,对其中的一些典型缺陷管进行了失效分析。结果表明:大多数管壁的异常减薄是由支撑板镗孔的加工缺陷、碳钢支撑板腐蚀物流挂沉积及停役检修时引入的异物硬颗粒所引起,而有个别缺陷管的加速减薄则是由旁排高压蒸汽冲刷和空泡腐蚀的交互作用下导致的。详细分析了缺陷管产生的失效机制,并提出了有效的解决方案。

【Abstract】 Some of the heat exchange titanium tubes used in condensers in a nuclear power plant in coastal China suffered abnormal accelerated wall thinning.By conducting failure analysis of some typical defective samples via a series of characterization methods,it was found that most of the wall thinning was primarily rooted in processing defect of the internal borings,the sagging and depositing of corrosion products of the carbon steel support plates,and foreign hard particles induced during overhaul,and the failure causes of some individual defective tubes were erosion and cavitation corrosion by high pressure steam released through bypass pipes and the synergetic effect of them.Then the failure mechanisms were explained in detail and finally effective countermeasures were proposed for repair and prevention.
