【摘要】 随着南海西北部深水区中央峡谷内大型油气田的发现,有关其沉积充填和演化过程的研究已成为了近年该区深水油气勘探关注的热点,但有关其沉积物来源一直存在争议。该研究综合利用在中央峡谷头部最新采集的2D/3D地震资料和已钻遇中央峡谷的多口钻井资料,通过地质-地球物理-地球化学的综合分析,详细阐明了中央峡谷沉积物充填类型及其来源,认为充填中央峡谷的沉积物主要包括浊流沉积和块体流沉积两种类型,其中浊积物主要来源于莺歌海盆地南部东西两侧的崑嵩隆起和海南岛西南部物源区,沉积物通过汇聚型海底水道长距离搬运至琼东南盆地沉积充填在中央峡谷内,而且通过其溯源侵蚀作用影响着中央峡谷的充填和演化,而块体流沉积物则主要来自于海南岛东部的近距离搬运,以中央峡谷的沉积充填作用为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Several large gas fields have been discovered in the Central Canyon,northwestern South China Sea recently.Consequently,its provenance and evolution of sediments in the Central Canyon has been of widely interest of petroleum geoscientists.There are still some arguments for their sources.In this study,combined with geochemical analysis for the core samples from the Central Canyon,the new acquired 3D seismic data are interpreted for the distribution of submarine canyons at the head of the Central Canyon.The two types of infilled sediments have been distinguished,including turbidities and mass transport deposits(MTDs).The integration among core,log and seismic indicates that the turbidites are sourced from Truong Son belt and western Hainan Island,rather than Red River.The sediments were transported through the convergent submarine canyons and infilled into the Central Canyon in Qiongdongnan Basin.Furthermore,the headward erosion of turbidity currents controlled theinflling and evolution of the Central Canyon.The MTDs are mainly triggered from nearby eastern Hainan Island and play a role to infill the Central Canyon.更多还原
