动态光散射扫描成像技术中的抽样自相关运算方法研究

【摘要】 为了探讨基于扫描方式实现动态光散射成像技术的可行性,该文研究了信号抽样对相关函数,乃至最终反演结果的影响。从理论上推导了抽样前后相关函数曲线的关系,指出当样本数足够大、平均光子数稳定时,抽样前后的相关函数基本一致。分别用模拟仿真和实际实验研究了不同的实验参数对反演结果准确性的影响,发现当抽样数较少、采样时间较小时,相关函数与反演结果能够达到一定的精度。但由于实际中样本数的有限性,当抽样数较大时,相关函数质量下降,从而导致反演结果准确性下降。这些结果对于发展基于扫描方式的动态光散射成像技术有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 In order to demonstrate the feasibility of dynamic light scattering imaging based on the scanning technique,the effect of the signal sampling on the correlation function and the final reverse results was studied in this paper.The correlation functions were proved to be the same in theory before and after sampling,provided that the number of samples was large enough and the photon signal was steady.The simulations and experiments were performed under different sampling time,interval,and etc.It is found that the results are still accurate when the scanning rate and the sampling interval are relatively low.However,due to the limitation of the practical sample number,the quality of correlation function and the accuracy of the final results decrease when the scanning rate and the sampling interval become large.These results can facilitate the development of the dynamic light scattering imaging based on the scanning technique.
