【摘要】 目的探讨鼻咽部的正常超声表现及其正常结构测值。方法对228例正常成人行鼻咽部超声检查,获得其显示率、超声表现及正常结构测值,并进行统计学分析。结果鼻咽顶壁、后壁、两侧壁的显示率分别为99.1%,97.8%和99.6%。声像图上,鼻咽部呈弱回声。男性鼻咽部上下径及前后径均大于女性(P<0.01),女性鼻咽后壁厚度大于男性(P<0.05)。结论超声可显示鼻咽部的结构,其声像图表现及正常测值将有助于鼻咽部疾病的超声诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ultrasound imaging and physiological measurement of normal nasopharynx.Methods Nasopharynxes in 228 normal adults were examined by ultrasonography.The detection rate,ultrasonic appearances and physiological measurement were analyzed.Results The detection rates of the superior,posterior and bilateral walls in nasopharynx were 99.1%,97.8%,99.6%,respectively.On ultrasonography,nasopharynx appeared as a hypoechoic area.The superoinferior and anteroposterior diameters of nasopharynx in male group were greater than those in female group(P<0.01).The thickness of the posterior wall in female group was thicker than that in male group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nasopharyngeal structure can be showed on ultrasonography.Ultrasound imaging and physiological measurement of nasopharynx may conduce to sonographic diagnosis of nasopharyngeal diseases.更多还原
