【摘要】 影响玉米产量的因素有很多,其中杂草的危害是影响玉米大田生产和制种产量的主要因素之一,正确施用除草剂可有效地防除玉米田杂草,但除草剂施用不当可能会危害玉米生长从而影响制种产量。本试验选用基因型差异较大的2组糯玉米杂交种及其亲本自交系为试验材料,采用乙草胺、噻磺·乙草胺、莠去津、丁·异·莠去津、二甲戊灵等5种播后苗前除草剂,分别在田间进行播后苗前处理和室内种子萌发试验,研究不同除草剂对杂交种及其亲本自交系种子萌发及生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:5种类型的除草剂均显著降低了糯玉米种子的出苗率及室内发芽率,而畸形苗和弱势苗比例大幅度上升;幼苗抗氧化物酶活性提高,切片观察发现幼苗根组织髓部及木质部消溶;此外,不同品种(自交系)对除草剂的敏感性差异较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are many factors that can influence the production of com,including the influence of weeds which is impossible to avoid.Improper application of herbicides can do harm to com growth and yield,and thus it’s highly important to use herbicides in the correct way.Five herbicides were used to research their effects on the germination and growth of two maize hybrids and their parental inbred lines.Experiments were conducted in the field and laboratory,respectively.The results showed that theapplication of herbicides reduced germination rate,increased the deformity and weak seedling ratio and the antioxidant enzyme activity in seedling.It was found that the pith and xylem of seedling root tissues were dissolved after tissue slice observation.Different varieties and inbred lines showed different sensitivity to the herbicides.更多还原
