碳纤维与增大截面混合法加固楼板结构的计算及应用

【摘要】 本文以某公司办公楼由普通的办公室用房加固改造成为档案库为例,提出了对因功能变化导致荷载增加的结构楼板采取板底粘贴碳纤维、板顶现浇钢筋混凝土截面增大的混合加固方案。对荷载增大后的原结构进行受力分析,确定加固的设计参数可保证加固效果。通过对碳纤维辅以防火涂料,可保证碳纤维充分的"扬长避短":"扬"其抗拉强度高的"长","避"其耐火性差之"短",实现不影响下层空间使用的长久加固。
【Abstract】 Due to the general office structure was changed to file storehouse after built, the load increase significantly and could lead the original designed floor damage. The CFRP and augmented section method(i.e. cast-in-situ reinforced concrete) were used to strengthen the bottom and top of floor, respectively. The appropriate strengthen parameters of CFRP and cast-in-situ reinforced concrete were derived according force analysis of floor with increased load. With the help of painting fire retardant coating on CFRP,the CFRP use its fullest potential, i.e., foster its strong point of highly tensile strength, and circumvent its weakness of poorly fire resistance, and the structure was strengthened durability without decreasing the storey height downstairs.
