光圆FRP筋夹片式锚具设计及试验研究

【摘要】 围绕光圆表面形式纤维增强复合材料(FRP)筋的锚固问题,对一种叫涂砂套管夹片式锚固系统进行了优化设计方法和性能试验研究,该夹片式锚具引入涂砂铝套管。利用理论计算获得了5种不同套管-FRP筋界面摩擦系数工况对应夹片式锚具的抗拉拔力和抗滑移安全系数,通过试验测试相应工况下夹片式锚具的锚固性能。结果表明,采用涂砂套管夹片式锚具对包括碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)筋在内的光圆FRP筋进行可靠锚固是可行的,锚具套管-FRP筋界面摩擦系数取0.1时可达到较好的锚固效果。本文开发的夹片式锚具在锚固光圆CFRP筋时其锚固效率超过95%。利用文中方法进行优化设计,可大大缩短FRP夹片式锚具的开发进程。

【Abstract】 The optimal designing method and performance testing of Coating Sand Sleeve Wedge-type Anchor System(CSSWAS) which focus on anchoring smooth-surface fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) tendons was studied, a aluminium sleeve which internal surface coated with quartz sand was considered as a component of the CSSWAS. The anti-tension capacity and anti-slip security factor of the wedge-type assemblies with different sleeves were calculated through theoretical analyzing, five frictional factors of sleeve-FRP tendon interface were considered during the analyzing,and the anchorage performance of those anchor assemblies were tested. The results show that it is feasible to use CSSWAS to anchor FRP tendons include smooth-surface carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)tendons. The anchorage performance is excellent when frictional factor of sleeve-FRP tendon interface attend to 0.1. For anchoring smooth surface CFRP tendon, the anchorage efficiency of CSSWAS is more than 95%. If the optimal designing method presented in the paper is adopt the development period of FRP tendon Wedge-type Anchor will be shortened obviously.
