新型矿渣水泥结合料NSB稳定土的路用性能与模糊评判

【摘要】 以粒化高炉矿渣GBFS微粉为主要原料,研制出环保节能型的两种新型矿渣结合料NSB1和NSB2,通过室内试验研究了两种新型结合料稳定细粒土与稳定碎石的强度、刚度以及抗裂性能,以传统的普通硅酸盐水泥作为参照水泥进行路用性能对比分析,并采用模糊数学对三种结合料稳定细粒土与稳定碎石的综合路用性能进行了分析与评判。结果表明,两种结合料NSB是优良的路面基层结合料;两种NSB稳定细粒土与稳定碎石的综合性能都优于参照水泥稳定土;两种结合料对稳定的对象也有选择性,NSB1最适合于稳定碎石,NSB2更适合于稳定细粒土。

【Abstract】 The paper developes two new energy-saving type of slag binder NSB1 and NSB2 by using granulated blast furnace slag(GBFS) of steel plant emissions as the main raw material, researches the strength, stiffness, crack resistance and frost resistance of two new binder stabilized fine-grained soil and stabilize crushed stone through laboratory experiments. The paper analyzes and evaluates the integrated performance of three binders stabilized fine-grained soil and stabilize crushed stone by using fuzzy mathematics, at the same time the technical performance of traditional conference cement stable soil are analyzed as a reference. Research results show that 1Two kinds of binder NSB are excellent binder for pavement base, 2the road performance of two NSB stabilized fine-grained soil and stabilize crushed stone are more superior than the performance of conference cement; 3the two binder NSB1 and NSB2 are selective to stabilized objects, NSB1 is more suitable for stabilize crushed stone and NSB2 is suitable for stable fine-grained soil.
