【摘要】 目的探讨量子共振检测在不同类型精神障碍患者自知力诊断的应用意义。方法采用量子共振检测仪对183例精神障碍患者的自知力进行了测定,将结果与精神科医师的诊断结果进行对比。结果量子共振检测仪对于精神障碍自知力的敏感度较好,特异度、准确性较高,与精神科医生的诊断结果一致性较好。结论量子共振检测可为自知力的评定提供新的诊断依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application meaning of Quantum Resonance Spectrometer(QRS) on the estimate of patients’ insight with different types of mental disorders.Methods Using QRS to analyze the 183 cases of patients’ insight with different types of mental disorders,to contrast with the diagnosis results by the psychiatrist.Results For estimate of patients’ insight with different types of mental disorders,QRS can reach a good sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy,with the psychiatrist ’ s diagnosis results reach a high consistency.Conclusion QRS could be considered as a new diagnosis tool of estimate patients’ insight.更多还原
