合金元素含量对K487合金组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了Al、Ti、W、Mo、Cr合金元素含量分别在偏上线、中线、下线时K487合金的组织和性能。结果表明:合金元素含量在偏下线时,合金中析出少量的碳化物和γ’相,合金元素含量提高到偏中线,合金中碳化物和γ’相析出量增加,合金元素含量提高到偏上线,合金中碳化物和γ’相析出量进一步增加,同时合金中析出大量针状μ相。同时,随着合金元素含量的增加,合金的室温抗拉强度及屈服强度、750℃高温的抗拉强度及屈服强度较上线和中线明显提高;室温伸长率及750℃伸长率较上线和中线明显下降。综合来看,合金元素含量在偏中线时,K487合金具有较好的综合性能。
【Abstract】 The effects of Al,Ti,W,Mo,Cr composition on Microstructures and Properties of Superalloy K487 have been studied.The results show that there are less carbide and γ’ phase precipitated when the composition is near to low limit,and the carbide and γ’ phase increase when the composition is near to mid-line,and the carbide and γ’ phase increase more and acicular μ phase precipitated when the composition is near to top limit.At the same time,with the increase of alloy element contents,the room-temperature and 750℃-temperature tensile strength and yield strength increase obviously,and the room-temperature and 750℃-temperature elongation fall down obviously.The K487 alloy has good combination properties when the composition is near to mid-line.
