基于ETC数据的交通特征分析研究

【摘要】 ETC系统是一种高效的高速公路收费系统,是高速公路收费方式的发展趋势。ETC收费数据比较可靠,它蕴含着大量有价值的信息,挖掘这些信息对于改善高速公路管理能力和提升服务水平具有很大的现实意义。本文以上海市一定时间内全市ETC收费站所记录的收费数据为基础,从总体、OD小区和个人用户等角度发掘其中反映的上海ETC用户的出行交通特征;在不同字段的基础上建立具有现实交通含义的指标,通过Matlab函数对其进行处理、分析和呈现,部分结果结合GIS软件进行表达。本文在数据可视化方面进行了一定的实践:用伪色彩图表达OD单元间的交通流情况;提取收费站的小时流量分布,研究重要收费站并在GIS中描述它们,为交通数据研究成果的直观表达提供了案例。

【Abstract】 ETC system is a highway toll-collecting system with high efficiency and it is among trends of development for methods of collecting toll on motorways.The data generated during the toll-collecting process are of high quality,with lots of valuable information contained in them.Mining that useful information makes great practical significance to both bettering highway managing ability and improving the level of service.Based on data from all ETC systems in Shanghai highway network in a specified period of time,this paper shows the characteristics of ETC users in Shanghai from the viewpoint of overall ETC network,OD cell and travel behavior of a ETC user,respectively;we build some indicators that have real practical implications on the basis of data fields with different meanings,and employMatlab functions to process,analyse and express these indicators while some of our findings are displayed with the help of a GIS software.The paper does some practice in data visualization:using pseudo-color images to show traffic flow situation between a pair of OD cells;calculating the hour distributions of the overall traffic volumes of all the ETC stations in Shanghai and some key stations among them;expressing these distributions on a GIS condition,thus providing an example of visual expression of traffic data research findings.
