城市干道动态绿波控制研究

【摘要】 随着城市人口和机动车辆的增多,城市交通设施的供给量已难以满足快速增长的交通需求,交通拥堵已成为大城市的不可承受之重。城市干道动态绿波控制能够根据实时交通量的变化’对交通信号进行调整,且能够有效增强交叉口通行能力,缓解交通阻塞等问题,减少出行者出行时间。本文以沿线各交叉口绿信比作为优化决策变量,通过对车辆行程时间分段分析,建立了城市干道动态绿波控制模型,利用非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA)求解。以江苏省常州市星港路沿线四个交叉口为实证研究基础,利用上述模型优化得到动态协调控制方案,并通过交通仿真软件Vissim进行了验证。结果显示,与传统控制方式相比,所选取路口总的车均延误减少38%,改善效果显著。

【Abstract】 With the population and vehicles growth in urban,the increase of urban traffic supply can not be satisfied with the traffic demand,traffic congestion has become a big problem in urban.However,dynamic green wave control at arterial in urban can adjust real-time traffic flow to the traffic signal and solve the problems,such as traffic congestion,enhance the intersection traffic capacity,reduce the travel time,the model of dynamic green wave control in urban arterial road make the split as the optimization goal and minimize the total travel delay,through analysis,we conclude that this model is the multiple objective optimization problem,it can be finished by non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA) and can get effective solution.Now we choose one of the east-west trunk road as a green wave analysis in Changzhou in Jiangsu province.Based on VISSIM simulation,the selected crossroads total delay reduced by 38%compared with traditional control mode,dynamic green wave control at arterial in urban can improve the results compared to the period of time.In conclusion,according to the adjusting traffic signal timing,the next moment of traffic delay time compared with regular timing,dynamic green wave control at arterial in urban road can solve the traffic problems.
