基于树枝状聚丙烯亚胺的环氧树脂固化剂的制备、改性和性能

【摘要】 以开发低挥发、高性能环氧树脂脂肪胺固化剂为目标,本文介绍了笔者课题组近期在这方面研究取得的具有较强代表性的成果。以乙二胺、丙烯腈和氢气为原料,合成了一种含有四个端氨基的树枝状聚丙烯亚胺作为环氧树脂固化剂,并用丙烯腈对其进行了化学改性。结果表明,与线性丙二胺固化剂相比,该固化剂具有很低的挥发性、很高的固化反应活性,固化环氧树脂具有较高的玻璃化温度、模量和粘结强度。另一方面,丙烯腈改性固化剂在室温下具有很长的适用期,能够赋予环氧树脂体系极大地提高其剪切和冲击强度,从而显示出作为室温固化环氧树脂胶粘剂的良好前景。

【Abstract】 To develop low volatile,high performance epoxy aliphatic amine curing agent,in this paper we introduce our most recent,related and representative research results in this area. Using ethylenediamine,acrylonitrile and hydrogen as the raw materials,a dendritic polypropylene imine containing four amino terminated amino groups was synthesized and used as curing agent for epoxy resin,and moreover acrylonitrile was employed to chemically modify this curing agent to yield the modified ones.The results show that,compared with the linear propanediamine curing agent,our polypropylene imine curing agent has very low volatility and high curing reactivity,and curing epoxy resin has high glass transition temperature,modulus and bond strength.On the other hand,our acrylonitrile modified curing agents exhibit much increased pot life at room temperature and endow the curing epoxy resin give with greatly the improved shear and impact strengths, which accounts for their bright promise for room-temperature epoxy adhesives.
