【摘要】 高等教育投入产出指标体系主要包括投人指标和产出指标两大类,投入指标包括人力资源、财力资源和物力资源,产出指标包括人才培养、科学研究和社会服务。采用主成分分析法(PCA)判断各指标之间的相关性,在确保各指标相关性不强的基础之上,构建高等教育投入产出的规模效率评价模型,对黑龙江省9所高等院校进行实证分析,应用CCR和BCC两种DEA模型,测算同质高等院校投入产出的规模效率,找到非规模有效单元的改进方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 The input and output indicator system includes input indicators and output indicators.Input indicators are involved in human resources,financial resources and material resources.Output indicators include personnel training,scientific research and social service.The way of principal component analysis(PCA) is used to judge the correlation between indicators.On the basis of the week correlation,the evaluation model of scale efficiency of higher education input and output can be established.The scale efficiency of 9 colleges in Heilongjiang province has been measured by the DEA models of CCR and BCC,in order to find out the improvement direction of nonscale effective units.更多还原
