基于VIKOR的大型公共场所应急预案的评估研究

【摘要】 针对大型公共场所应急预案的评估问题,结合了AHP法和VIKOR法,提出了大型公共场所应急预案的评估方法。首先,在对大型公共场所应急预案的评价指标研究的基础上,从前期准备,可承受性,警戒能力,信息力,执行能力5个方面对大型公共场所应急预案评价指标进行分类;其次,运用熵的理论对主客观权重进行处理;最后,对大型公共场所应急预案进行评估。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of the large public places contingency plan evaluation,a new evaluation method for arge public places contingency plan was proposed by VIKOR and AHP method.First,on the basis of contingency plans for large public spaces of evaluation studies,evaluation of contingency plans for large public spaces is classified into 5 parts:preparation,affordability,alert capabilities,information,execution capability.Secondly,using subjective and objective weighting method to deal with the problem.Finally,contingency plans for large public places is evaluated.
