翻耙频率和发酵菌剂对猪舍外发酵床垫料功能的影响

【摘要】 猪舍外发酵床是一种居于猪舍内发酵床与堆肥之间的舍外废弃物处理设施。本研究以锯末和稻壳5:1混合为垫料,研究翻耙频率和发酵菌剂对猪舍外发酵床垫料功能的影响,旨在获得粪污降解能力较高的运行参数和提高发酵床降解粪污能力的相关信息。结果表明,发酵菌剂添加量一致时,4次/天翻耙组垫料含水率、pH和固相C/N显著低于2次/天翻耙组,而垫料腐殖质含量显著高于2次/天翻耙组(P<0.05)。翻耙频率一致时,空白组垫料温度显著低于添加菌剂组,pH、含水率和C/N显著高于添加菌剂组,但不同菌剂浓度组间差异不显著;而添加菌剂组硝态氮含量显著高于空白组,且12 g/m~2的发酵菌剂组显著高于12 g/m~2的发酵菌剂组(P<0.05)。由此可知,本试验条件下,添加12 g/m~2的发酵菌剂、翻耙频率4次/天,垫料对粪污降解效率较高。按照本试验操作,垫料使用年限约1年左右。

【Abstract】 Noncontact deep-litter-system is an animal waste management facility between contact deep-litter-system and composting.This study discusses the microorganism inoculants level and turning frequency to obtain the better running parameter and related reference to improve the manure degradation ability in noncontact deep-litter-system.The results were showed that in the same microorganism inoculants level,the water content,pH and C/N ratio of in 4 times/day turning frequency treatment were significantly lower than 2times/day treatment,while the humus content in 4 times/day treatment were significantly higher than 2 times/day treatment(P<0.05);In the same turning frequency,microorganism inoculants can significantly increase the temperature,decrease pH,water content and C/N ratio,and there are no significant difference between two different initial microorganism inoculants level treatment,while the difference of nitric content among treatment as followed:control < 6 g/m2 microorganism inoculants < 12 g/m2 microorganism inoculants(P<0.05).In conclusion,supplementing 12 g/m2 microorganism inoculants and turning by 4 times/day can accelerate the decomposition of manure in noncontact deep-litter-system.According to the operation in this study,the litter can be used for 1 years.
