【摘要】 危险性评估(Risk Assessment)是指通过一定的技术对罪犯重新犯罪或者实施其他的犯罪行为的可能进行预测,从而为控制这些危险提供根据。RNR原则(危险/需求/反应)提出了八个危险因素,是危险性评估的基础理论。SAQ问卷(Self appraisal questionaire)加拿大学者基于RNR原则编制的罪犯自评方式的危险性评估问卷。该问卷具有良好的信效度和跨文献适用性。本研究的目的是修订中文版本的SAQ问卷。首先根据问卷修订的标准(Brislin,1993)原则进行了翻译,并且根据中国监狱罪犯的特点增加了相对剥夺感、刑罚效应和道德推脱三个维度的题目,并请心理学专家、监狱干警及罪犯对内容效度进行了评估。研究对100名罪犯进行了预测试,并对测试结果进行了项目分析。测试一对400名罪犯进行了测试,并且进行了探索性因素分析来考察问卷的结构效度。研究二对另外400名罪犯进行测试,并进行了验证性因素分析。还对测试结果进行了内部一致性及2周后的重测信度的分析。研究考察了SAQ问卷的得分与危险性评估工具LSI-R、冷酷无情等问卷的校标关联效度,以及初犯和累犯及不同犯罪类型得分的差异的区分效度,对监狱内改造表现的预测效度。统计结果表明,中文版的SAQ问卷具有良好的信效度,可以作为评估中国监狱罪犯危险性的有效工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Risk Assessment refers to the prediction on the possibility of recidivism through certain technologies or other criminal behavior,thus which provides standards for controlling these risks.RNR principle(risk/need/response) raises eight factors of risk which is the basic theory of risk assessment.The SAQ Questionnaire:the risk assessment questionnaire of self-evaluation of criminals developed by Canadian scholar based on the principle of RNR.The questionnaire has good reliability,validity and applicability across the literature(literature).The aim ofthis study was to revise the Chinese version of the SAQ questionnaire.First,translation is done according to the principle and the sense of relative deprivation,penalty effect and moral punishment from three dimensions of the topic increase according to the characteristics of the Chinese prison criminals.Psychologist,prison policemen and criminals are invited to evaluate the validity of content.This study researches 100 criminals in advance and the test results are analyzed in the project.The part one of the study:400 criminals were tested and the exploratory factor analysis had been carried on to examine the structural validity of the questionnaire.The part two of the study:another 400 criminals were tested and confirmatory factor analysis was carried on.And also analysis was done on the result of the test about the internal consistency and the retest reliability after 2 weeks.This study examines the SAQ questionnaire scores and standard related validity of risk assessment tools such as LSI – R and coldness,and distinguishing validity of scoring differences between the first offense,recidivism and different crime types and predictive validity of performance for the rehabilitation in the prison.Statistical results show that the Chinese version of the SAQ questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be used as an effective tool for risk assessment of criminals in China’s prisons.更多还原
