【摘要】 随着时代的发展和科技的进步,呈现在人们面前的信息越来越多,如何快速、准确的获取需要的信息已经变得相当重要。提示信息是指在操作界面中,用户在输入信息时,呈现的帮助用户完成输入作业的相关信息,例如常见的搜索查询补全(Search Query Auto-completion)。当前在交互输入界面提示信息的设置各不相同,并且尚无工效学的研究。因此,本研究的目的是探究不同提示信息方式对操作绩效的影响特点和规律,并提出在输入特定的作业任务时,设置提示信息的最佳方式。研究采用被试间设计,以电话号码输入为例,探究了不同提示信息(包括不同排序算法和呈现方式)条件下被试的操作绩效和主观满意度。结果显示,1有提示信息的情况下,被试操作正确率显著提高;2使用自适应算法的提示信息,被试的操作时间显著减少;3使用匹配呈现的提示信息,被试在主观满意度和操作绩效上显著提高;4不同匹配呈现的自适应提示信息对操作绩效和满意度的影响不显著。这表明,以自适应算法排序的提示信息与匹配呈现的提示信息优于其他界面,但是在匹配呈现的情境下,排序算法可能并不是影响操作绩效和满意度的重要因素。据此,后续研究将从呈现方式的角度提出一种新的自动补全式的提示信息,以帮助用户更好地提高操作绩效和满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of science and technology,more and moreinformation appears in front of us.How to access to the information faster and more accurate has become an important issue.The suggestion is being defined as a mean to provide relevant information,as common Search Query Auto-completion,to help user to complete input on the operation interface.The settings of suggestions each are not identical and there is no research upon on human factors.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the effect of different suggestion modes on human operation performance and using rules,and try to put forward a best way to set the suggestion in the specific input task.The study compared different settings of suggestion(including different rank algorithms and display methods) by between subjects design while operation performance and satisfaction was recorded.Results:1Suggestions improved accuracy significantly;2Adaptive suggestions reduced operating time significantly;3Suggestions using matching presentation improved subjective satisfaction and performance significantly;4No difference between different adaptive algorithm suggestions of matching presentation.The results show that adaptive algorithm suggestions and matching presentation are better than the others,but in the matching presentation conditions,ranking algorithm may not affect subjective satisfaction and performance.Accordingly,the follow-up study will propose a new auto-completion set of suggestion from the presentation perspective to help users to improve the operating performance and satisfaction.更多还原
