【摘要】 协同创新是产业集群中企业通过竞争合作方式,提高企业技术创新能力,带动集群乃至整个产业水平提高的有效方式。本文针对制造产业集群企业技术创新中存在的人才、技术和知识资源难以获得,创新成本高昂等突出问题,研究制造产业集群协同创新服务平台在整合行业资源、提升企业创新能力中的作用。基于知识挖掘、智能检索、自然语言处理等关键技术,挖掘平台服务资源间的隐性知识和语义关系,分析用户需求,建立用户需求与服务资源之间的对应关系,用户与用户之间潜在的合作伙伴关系,提出"服务供需对接、服务资源推送、服务网络地图、服务资源检索、协同创新群组、三维协同交流、协作企业推荐、集群决策支持"等8种可以有效解决集群企业间协同创新问题的制造产业集群协同创新平台服务模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Collaborative innovation is an effective way to enhance the technological innovation capability of the cluster enterprises through competition and cooperation activities,and to drive the cluster and even the industry to raise the level.In this paper,aimed at the difficulties and problems of obtaining talent,technology and knowledge resources and higher innovation cost the cluster enterprises facing in their innovation,researched the effect of the service platform on the cluster collaborative innovation to integrate the industry resources and to enhance the innovation capability of enterprises.The service models based on key technologies of knowledge mining,intelligent retrieval,and natural language processing to dig tacit knowledge and semantic relations between resources of platform service,to analyze the user needs and to establish the correspondence between the user needs and service resources,the partnership relations between users and potential users.The models described as "supply and demand docking,service resources propelling,service network map service,resource retrieval,collaborative innovation group,3D collaborative interaction,cooperative enterprises recommendation and cluster decision support" can be applied by the enterprises to effectively solve the above-mentioned problems facing in cluster collaborative innovation operations.更多还原
