【摘要】 采用絮凝法对含水基油墨废水进行处理。结果表明,采用无机复合絮凝剂HB-1及高分子质量阳离子聚丙烯酰胺（CPAM）可以有效去除废纸脱墨生产线过程的水基油墨,解决了含水基油墨废水回用过程中油墨在系统中的富集问题,同时也降低了这类废水的浊度、COD_Cr浓度及阳电荷需求量,克服了废水回用过程中阴离子垃圾积累等问题。开展了浮选脱墨污泥及两个优化后的絮凝污泥的基本物化性质研究,结果显示,絮凝污泥在与焚烧相关的元素含量及热值数据方面与浮选脱墨污泥相近,且絮凝法处理含水基油墨废水所产生的污泥量占浮选脱墨污泥8%以下,可以考虑并入企业现有污泥焚烧系统进行消减以实现热能回收。更多还原

【Abstract】 Flocculation of process water containing water-based ink for ONP deinking line is carried out in this paper.The results show that the use of inorganic-composite flocculant HB-1 and high- molecular-weight CPAM can effectively remove the water-based ink from the process water in ONP deinking line,thus it can solve the enrichment of ink to certain extent.At the same time it can also reduce the process water turbidity,COD_Cr and cationic charge demand,overcome the issues of anionic trash accumulation,create favorable conditions for the processing water recycling.Basic properties of flotation deinking sludge and two kinds of flocculating sludge were studied.It shows that the element and calorific value related to combustion is similar to each other.Furthermore,the amount of flocculating sludge generated in flocculation treatment of process water generated is below 8%of flotation deinking sludge,So it is predicted that it can be incorporated into exist enterprise sludge incineration system to recovery heat.更多还原
