【摘要】 以纺织行业常用的有机漂白稳定剂（稳定剂X）代替常规使用的Na₂SiO₃,对中性亚硫酸钠-绿氧苇浆的氧漂（Op）浆进行了碱性H₂O₂漂白。研究结果表明,中性亚硫酸钠-绿氧法芦苇浆的Op漂后浆进行后续碱性H₂O₂漂白适宜条件为:NaOH用量3%,MgSO4用量0.05%,H₂O₂用量3%,稳定剂用量3%,漂白温度80℃,漂白浓度12%,漂白时间3 h,在此条件下,漂浆白度由69.6%漂至82.6%。其他条件相同的情况下,采用稳定剂X的漂浆白度为81.4%,比采用Na₂SiO₃的漂浆白度（75.6%）明显提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The P segment bleaching after NS Green Oxygen reed pulp Op bleaching were studied.The results show that:under otherwise identical conditions,the pulp’s whiteness of using the pulp bleaching stabilizer X was 81.4%ISO,while the bleaching pulp using Na₂SiO₃was 75.6%ISO.It explained that using textile X stabilizer in subsequent hydrogen was superior than Na₂SiO₃ used commonly.Hydrogen peroxide bleaching suitable conditions follow-up NS Green Oxygen reed pulp Op bleaching pulp ware;NaOH’s dosage was 3%,MgSO₄0.05%,H₂O₂ of 3%,stabilizer X 3%,bleaching temperature 80℃,the concentration after bleaching 12%,bleaching time 3 h,in this condition,pulp’s whiteness increased from 69.6%to 82.6%.更多还原
