【摘要】 松木在170℃下预水解保温90 min,可以有效地降解半纤维素和降低灰分含量,其中聚戊糖和灰分的脱除率分别为57.6%和42.4%。用硫酸盐法对预水解后的松木进行蒸煮,蒸煮条件为:硫化度30%,液比3.5:1,保温温度170℃,保温时间180 min。预水解后松木经过洗涤,用碱量可选17%(以NaOH计);不经洗涤,用碱量可选19%(以NaOH计)。蒸煮后浆料进行两段氧脱木素,氧脱木素效率可以达到60%。氧脱木素后浆料经ECF漂白,可以得到白度为91.1%、特性黏度为485 dL/g、α纤维素含量为95.3%、灰分含量为0.06%、二氯甲烷抽出物含量0.05%、铁离子含量为3.4 mg/kg的高质量溶解浆。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pine wood chips were pre-hydrolyzedfor 90 min at 170X1,hemicelluloses were degraded and ash content was decreased effectively.After pre-hydrolysis,pentosan and ash content were removed about 57.6%and 42.4%respectively.The pre-hydrolyzed wood chips were cooked in Kraft method,the conditions were chosen as:sulfidity of 30%,liquid ratio of 3.5∶1,cooking temperature of 170℃,cooking time of 180 min.If the pre-hydrolyzed wood chips were washed,the alkali dosage can choose 17%;if not,it can choose 19%.A two-stage oxygen delignification was performed to brown pulp,and the oxygen delignification efficiency can reach 60%.After ECF bleaching,a high quality dissolving pulp with brightness of 91.1%,intrinsicviscosity of 485 dL/g,alpha-cellulosecontent of 95.3%,ash content of 0.06%,dichloromethane extract content of 0.05%,iron content of 3.4 mg/kg has been prepared.更多还原
