应用两种颉颃方法快速鉴别35株毛木耳菌株

【摘要】 以35个生产常用毛木耳菌株为材料,采用两种颉颃方法对供试菌株进行快速鉴定。颉颃试验能快速反映出供试菌株的遗传关系,试验结果显示35个菌株分为21组,主栽品种上海1号与781无颉颃现象;颉颃类别除了隆起型、沟型、隔离型外,还应设置菌丝差异型。
【Abstract】 In this study,35 strains from Auricularia polytricha were antagonism to genetic identification assessment by using two methods.Antagonism can quickly reflect the test the genetic relationship of the strains,the test results showed that 35 strains were divided into 21 groups,cultivars Shanghai No.1 and 781 no antagonistic phenomenon.The antagonistic Category mycelium should also be set in addition to the elevated type,ditch,isolated differences type.
