【摘要】 多响应稳健优化的关键在于对多个质量特性的响应同时优化,得到一组稳健的参数组合,其核心是稳健性指标的选择。尽管信噪比作为稳健性指标广泛应用于单一响应中,但尚未见到在多响应稳健优化中的运用。本文通过综合满意度函数的构造,建立了多响应稳健优化模型。进而,将信噪比分析运用到多响应稳健优化中,对多响应模型的稳健性指标进行选择。研究结果表明:利用信噪比可获得多响应模型稳健的参数组合。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is important that optimize the responses of multiple quality characteristics simultaneously,and then gets a set of robust parameter combinations,and the choice of indicator of robustness is pivotal. Although S N ratio has been used in the single response widely,it is rare to the multiple responses. The paper has conducted a robust optimization model based on the desirability function approach. And then bringing the analysis of S N ratio into the optimization of multi-responses,it is a way to choice the robustness indicator for the multiresponses model. The result shows that it is available to use S N ratio to get combination of parameters of robust for the robust optimization model.更多还原
