【摘要】 本文采用纵向数据对大学生创业学习成效、新创企业动态能力与创业绩效之间的关系进行了实证检验。实证结果表明:企业学习通过动态技术能力、动态管理能力的中介作用间接影响创业绩效;自我学习与关系学习通过动态管理能力间接影响创业绩效;机会学习通过动态技术能力的中介作用间接影响创业绩效。但是,管理学习对创业绩效没有显著直接或间接影响。本文提出研究结果对创业学习、动态能力以及创业教育等的理论贡献以及对大学生创业实践的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper examines the relationships between the entrepreneurial learning,dynamic capabilities(DC) and entrepreneurial performance(EP)of undergraduate students empirically by using the longitudinal data.The empirical results show that the venture learning has an indirect impact on EP though the mediation of technology capability and managerial capability;both the self-learning and the relationship learning have an indirect impact on EP though the mediation of managerial capability;the opportunity learning has an indirect impact on the EP though the mediation of innovative dynamic capability.The management learning,however,has no significant direct or indirect impacts on EP.The paper contributes to the literature of entrepreneurial learning,the dynamic capabilities as well as the undergraduate entrepreneurship,and provides some implications for the practice of the undergraduate entrepreneurship.更多还原
