【摘要】 中国企业的现状迫切需要归核化理论的指导,但中国相关的理论发展却有所滞后。本文从战略重组的角度,对西方相对成熟的归核化概念、理论进行了介绍,并在大量文献回顾的基础上,对归核企业的特征,归核化对研发力度、企业绩效的影响进行了梳理和总结,最后阐述了中国目前归核化研究的现状,提出了中国学者进行进一步研究的方向和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The practice of Chinese corporate needs to be conducted by theories of refocusing.But the researching field has not caught the development of the practice.As a step forward,this paper reviewed the concept and theories of corporate refocusing,expatiated the characteristics of the refocusing firms,concluded the effects of refocusing on R&D and performance from the perspective of strategic restructuring,and finally gave some advice for further research to Chinese researchers.更多还原
