【摘要】 信息化是当今世界经济和社会发展的大趋势,对信息资源的开发和利用是信息化建设的一个重要方面。本文运用信息资源丰裕指数模型测算了2000-2005年我国的信息资源发展水平,测算结果表明,近几年我国信息资源发展水平速度较快,中西部地区与东部沿海发达地区存在较大的差距。在此分析的基础上,提出了具体的应对措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Informatization is a great trend of modern economics and social development.The development and utilization of information resource is an important direct.The paper has applied the model of affluent-index of information resources which is improved from model of affluent-coefficient to estimate the development of information resource from 2000 to 2005,and the result showed a rapid information resource development level in the last few years.The comparative analysis method has been adopted,which is used to analyse the information resource development level in Middle-regions and in the eastern-developed regions and western regions,and result indicated that there was a great gap between them and the information resource development level of some cities comparatively,which result indicated a great disequilibrium among them.On the basis of analysing the main problems existing in the information resource development,specific countermeasures have been put forward.更多还原
