【摘要】 创业研究与家族企业研究长期作为两个相互影响的独立领域存在,其交融已经引起国外众多学者的关注,但在国内的研究十分缺乏。家族作为创业领域中的一个特殊主体,其独特性的"家族性"因素对于创业过程与目标产生影响,形成非家族创业难以模仿的竞争优势。本文从创业过程的视角出发,研究家族涉入性因素如何对创业机会识别、资源获取、形成动态竞争优势的创业过程产生影响,对"家族创业"这一研究领域进行追踪并作出评论。更多还原

【Abstract】 family firms and entrepreneurship have often been treated as separate institutions in the past research. Actually, entrepreneurship embedded with family reflects the systematic influence of family to entrepreneurship. This has been noticed by foreign scholars. Family as a special domain in entrepreneurship, its distinctive "familiness" factors have important influence on entrepreneurial process and goals, which forms the competing advantages of family firms. This paper based upon entrepreneurial process theory, discussing how family involvement affects entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, resource mobilization and resource dynamic integration. Besides this, we point out the issues would be researched in the future.更多还原
