【摘要】 本文选择了地区创新能力强的江苏省规模以上工业企业为研究对象,从微观行为数据层面考察了工业企业创新活动的真实机理。利用数据包络分析技术(DEA模型)测算了江苏省1999—2009年工业企业的技术效率、技术进步和全要素生产率,发现技术进步对全要素生产率提高的创新贡献最大。进一步实证研究结果显示:金融机构资金和企业自筹资金对创新成效提高发挥了积极作用。但是政府资金,由于事后监督管理不严,对创新能力提升产生了负效应。本文的实证结果为保证资本与劳动力要素的有效流动,从而推动行业前沿技术进步和提高企业平均效率水平提供了有益的证据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study chooses industrial enterprises with great innovative capacity and above designated size in Jiangsu as the research object to examine the real mechanism of industrial enterprises’innovative activities of industrial enterprises from the microcosmic level.Data envelopment analysis(DEA model) is applied to calculate the technical efficiency,technical progress and total factor productivity(TFP) of industrial enterprises in Jiangsu from 1999 to 2009,which reveals that technical progress is the most significant factor in increasing TFP.The further empirical result shows that financial institutions’ funds and enterprise self-financing funds play positive roles in promoting innovation efficiency;however,capital from governments has a negative effect on promoting innovation efficiency due to poor management and supervision afterwards.In order to ensure the efficient flow of capital and labor factor,the empirical result of the study provides useful evidence to promote the industry frontier technical progress and improve the average efficiency level.更多还原
