科教融合主导下会计专业精英人才培养模式研究

【摘要】 经济全球化和人才强国战略的背景,以及"高校培养"与"社会需求"不匹配、大众教育与精英教育矛盾的现实,决定了以科教融合为主导实施精英人才培养模式的改革与创新成为必然。本文客观评述国内外专业精英人才培养实践,调查分析科会计专业精英人才培养模式认知层面、作用层面、教学层面、师生互动层面的现状与存在问题,旨在构建科教融合主导下会计专业精英人才培养模式框架,并提出完善该模式框架所要解决的关键问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The background of economic globalization and talents strategy for powerful nation, the mismatches between college education and social demand and the contradictions between mass education and elite education determine the necessity of reform and innovation of the nurturing mode of elite talents which is dominated by combination of research and teaching. By illustrating the practice from both domestic and abroad of the mode and investigating the status quo and problems lying within the levels of cognition, effect, teaching and teacher-student interaction, this paper aims at building framework of the nurturing mode of elite talents majoring in accounting and puts forward key issues addressed to refine the model framework.更多还原
