钢铁工业熔渣余热的化学利用方法

【摘要】 钢铁工业高温熔渣的产量巨大。化学地利用高温熔渣余热的方法,是热效率和火用(可用能)效率都很高的余热回收方法。本文介绍了国内外开发的甲烷-水蒸气重整、生物气体制氢、煤气化等多种化学地利用熔渣余热的方法。总结了开发熔渣余热回收的化学方法的一般原则。同时,通过对钢铁联合企业中炉渣处理回收情况的分析指出,开发适用于小量的、不连续的冶金熔渣余热回收的化学方法是冶金工作者当前应该面对的问题。
【Abstract】 There is a huge residual-heat loss of molten slag produced in iron and steelmaking industry. Chemical methods for the recovery of such waste energy are of high heat efficiency and exergy. The methane reforming, methane decomposition and coal gasification method etc. developed by Chinese and foreigners is introduced respectively in this paper. As a result, the general principles for developing a chemical method for the recovery of molten slag residual-heat are summarized. Moreover, it is pointed that the chemical method for small quantity or discontinuous molten slag should be developed to recover residual-heat from slags produced from certain metallurgical processes, such as EAF process.
