转炉干法除尘系统泄爆分析及应对措施

【摘要】 以西林钢铁集团有限公司炼钢总厂120t转炉干法除尘系统的生产数据为基础,系统分析了产生泄爆的原因,并结合生产归纳出避免泄爆的有效措施,降低了系统检修率,从而提高了生产效率。

【Abstract】 With Westwood iron and steel group co.,LTD. 120 t converter steelmaking factory dry dust removal system,based on the production data of systematic analysis of the causes of explosion, and combined with production induces the effective measures to avoid explosion,decrease the rate of the system maintenance,so as to improve the production efficiency.
